Bulls To Attend 2025 Wayne County Fair, Push For Community Engagement

The Wooster Bulls have wasted no time making their presence felt in the community.

The team has jumped head first into community involvement since the organization was announced just a few months back.

Next up on the calendar, the Bulls will make an appearance at the Wayne County Fair. The fair, which draws in thousands of attendees each year, will be celebrating its 176th occurrence.

"Having a booth at the fair is huge for us," Team Owner Cody Lang said. "With this being our first season, it helps let people know we are in town and what Bulls hockey is all about. Meeting people in the community is big for us. Being apart of the community and giving back is something we want to be known for."

The 2025 fair kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 6, running until Thursday, Sept. 11. Many Bulls staff members, players and organization leadership will attend to connect with fans and introduce themselves to the community.

"We will have players and staff on hand at our booth, along with players and staff working the admission gates two days of the fair," Lang said. "We are hoping to have our mascot Bully out and about to meet everyone. We will have all the information on tickets, merchandise, and all things Bulls hockey.

"We have a big cooler raffle going on that we are wrapping up towards the end of the fair week."

Those that can catch the Bulls, will receive a chance to chat one-on-one with those that represent Wooster's newest sports franchise.

Whether you attend the Wayne County Fair for a corn dog, to watch the demolition derby or hop on the Ferris wheel, make sure to find time to swing by the Wooster Bulls' table.

"I have heard amazing things about the Wayne County fair and it sounds like it is very important to the local community," Lang said. "We are very excited to have a booth there along with being able to be apart of the fun."
